Chato Stewart and Joan Winifred this October have been 25 years! And both blog for Psych Central. What does that mean? A couple
that blogs together, stays together? I don’t know? But they’re wonderful people they’re going to try and help you to press forward on your own journey towards creating peace in your lives as you as you go forward with a partner who may be experiencing some kind of mental health issue.
Chato Stewart is a cartoonist as well as a blogger for Psych central he’s the creator of the cartoon series Mental Health Humor and off the wall look into life from the mind of someone living with bipolar disorder.
Chato Stewart also created The Family Stew cartoon series. In this series Chato chronicles daily life, slices of his relationship with his wife Joan and their four children all while coping with the turbulence sources of Bipolar Disorder, a mental illness that its impacts heavily family life.
